Our Mission Statement
We at the Circle of one Martial Arts Studio believe in the unity of our students. Each one will teach one from the very first lesson, and as we learn and grow together, we also grow as individuals. A circle has strength throughout because it has no sides, and is one through and through. A Warrior’s goal is to learn the lessons of honor, loyalty, dedication, self-esteem and self-defense. In the circle we teach: San Lung Tao/Kung-Fu, Chinese Goju/Karate, Way of the Winds/Ju-Jitsu, and Kodokan Judo/Judo.
The Bushido Martial Arts System being over 30 years in the making incorporates Sensei Benny Jordan’s mastery of martial arts technique and superb teaching skills. He wishes to bring to you through his teachings and help the ability to cut through a lot of the Martial Arts nonsense in a no-nonsense approach to learning and practicing self-defense. Since Sensei Benny has practice studied and taught martial arts for most of his life he understands the need to continually learn and practice while he continues to follow his dream to arm (or prepare) the world to defend themselves against those that mean them harm.

JUDO PROGRAM:
Friday 8pm-9:30pm (With Sensei Bob Geick, 2nd Degree Black Belt)
JUDO is a grappling art that combines take-downs (Throws) and ground submissions (Hold Downs or Pins, Chokes and Arm-bars) for self-defense or competition.
Our Judo Program is Instructed by Sensei Bob Geick, Sensei Bob Geick, is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in the sport of Judo. He is a patron life member and black belt rank examiner for the United States Judo Association.

Sensei Maria DiDio is the founder and instructor of Maria DiDio’s “Rose & Thorn” Self Defense Fighting System for Women. This System is specifically designed for a woman and their body structure. She is currently working in two locations and proud to offer this program at Circle of One Martial Arts & Fitness Studios. Sensei Maria L. Sensei "J" John Jordan, Sensei John Jordan has been training for 23 years. He currently holds a Nidan, 2nd Degree Black Belt in Bushido Martial Arts. He’s been training since age 2 with his father Sensei Benny Jordan. He is a great inspiration and instructor to today’s youth who are getting involved in the Martial Arts; teaching leadership skills, technique and philosophies understood by today’s young Martial Artist. He hold’s other ranks in the following organizations
-Chinese Goju—Nidan, 2nd Degree Black Belt
-San Lung Tao Kung Fu- 1st Degree Black Belt
-Has won Grand Champion at many tournaments for Kata and his fighting skills.
-He is a member in good standing with the American Federation of Martial Arts (AFMA)
Sensei Marco, Our Special Needs Program is Instructed by Sensei Marco , 1st Degree Black Belt in the art of Bushido Martial Arts through Sensei Benny Jordan.
Sensei Benny and Sensei Marco developed this program to help the development of autistic and special needs children. This wonderful program teaches the children coordination through movement, specified techniques for self defense and confidence. It’s an extremely gentle program and professionally approached. Sensei Marco has decades of experience in the Martial Arts including Kyokushin Karate, Kick Boxing, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and other forms of Martial Arts. We are excited to have Sensei Marco aboard with his program at Circle of One Martial Arts in East Islip, NY and at KOGA Fitness Center in Selden, NY.
-Sensei Marco has won numerous amateur kicking boxing fights and partcipate and championed full contact karate open weight bare knuckle tournaments.
-1998 2nd North American Open Karate Champioships Kyokushin Karate, Mas Oyma Cup in Canda.
-Ultimate Test in NYC and many other local and regional karate tournaments.
